7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange
We offer a 7-day hassle-free returns and exchange policy starting from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
In order to raise a request for Return & Exchange, you have to mail at support@allencarl.com within 7 days of delivery. Also, please mention Order No. and Mobile no. from your order detail in mail & on a piece of paper and place it in the parcel.
If you receive a damaged product after delivery, please take pictures or record a video of the disputed item and share it with us as soon as possible. without picture and video your return request is not accepted.
We also provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of ₹150 (adjusted towards reverse shipping & restocking charges) will be deducted from the refund or returns, or the customer has to pay at the time of shipping for exchanges. In case reverse pick-up is not possible then you will need to courier the product(s) to our warehouse.
Ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The ORDER ID and registered mobile number should be clearly mentioned on the packaging.
All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount deducted by INR 150 (courier charges & restocking charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders, and as store credit (gift card) or coupon codes for COD orders.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your Return/ Exchange.
Exchanges
Once the return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchanged shipment from our warehouse.
Returns
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed as store credits or coupon codes only, to be used for future purchases.
Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
Cancellation
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped.
